Fortuna Fortuna Cloud-Forest Preserve. A spectacular valley at 3,000 ft. above sea level, forms in between the end of the Talamanca Range and the Tabasara Cordillera. Specialties: Grey-breasted Crake, Black Guan, Read-headed Barbet, Prong-billed Barbet, Black-bellied Hummingbird, White-tailed Emerald, White-bellied Mountain-gem, Bare-necked Umbrellabird, Lattice-tailed Trogon, Silvery-fronted Tapaculo, Black-and-Yellow Silky-flycatcher, Spangled-cheeked Tanager, Blue-and-gold Tanager, Ashy-throated Bush-tanager, Azure-hooded Jay.
Upper Chagres National Park. The largest national park in Central Panama and main source of water for the Panama Canal operation.

Volcan Baru National Park. The highest point in Panamá.
Swans

Swans Cay or Bird Island in Bocas del Toro, nesting site for the Red-billed Tropicbird.

Metropolitan Natural Park is the only natural park in Central America within the limits of a metropolitan area. The MNP was the firts place in the world where canopy studies were conducted using a construction crane.  With only 265 hectares (655 acres) the MNP have also 45 mammals, 36 reptiles and 14 amphibians; 4 km. (2.5 miles) of well signed trails, excellent interpretive system and is only 10 minutes by car from Panama City Downtown. Specialties:Blue-crowned Motmot, Green Shrike-vireo, Lance-tailed Manakin, Buff-breasted Wren, White-shouldered Tanager, Rosy Trush-tanager, Orange-billed Sparrow
